Our Water Sector had secured exciting opportunities and seeking candidates to join our global Dams team to be based in Brisbane, Adelaide or Melbourne.

Your opportunity

We are seeking engineers specialising in dams and reservoirs who will provide owners engineer services, lead the design of large, multidisciplinary projects, supervise the work of more junior staff whilst providing technical and professional guidance to aid their development. The role includes connecting into our Global Dams and Reservoirs capability and capacity to bring the best of Mott MacDonald to our Australian clients and growing a team aligned to client needs.

About you

You are a collaborative dams engineers with a passion for fast-paced major projects with well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to influence and guide key stakeholders. Bringing your wealth of expertise across Dams , you’ll have excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability and enthusiasm to provide supervision to engineers, technicians and apprentices. In addition, we are seeking the professionals with:

• Chartered civil engineer with State Professional Engineer registration where applicable (or ability to obtain Professional Engineering registration) 

• Professional experience of dams, reservoirs and hydraulic structures 

• Experience of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
