Job Profile

Carryout feasibility study and preparation of reports related flood and erosion mitigation components. To assist the Key Experts Senior Design Engineers in preparation of Detail Project Reports related to Flood and Erosion Mitigation Components. To carry out planning, hydraulic analysis and design, taking of quantity and doing the cost estimations.  Before the project arrives at the DPR stage support the other project components, especially the plan development and general project management.

Main responsibilities include

Support the key experts on team on the planning process e.g.  scenarios based assessment of options through models, stakeholder participation for arriving at concrete Flood and Erosion mitigation DPRs

For DPR development data collection, analysis, planning, design, BOQ, cost estimation, etc. related to flood and erosion mitigation components in river basins.

Support project management and planning.

The candidate must have

Minimum 5 years of experiences in similar works; should have good writing skills e.g. past experience in lead writing report sections for Internal Donor Supported projects like ADB and WB.

Minimum qualification

• ME or M.Tech. in Water Resources
• BE or BTech in Civil
• Experience:  5 Years.
• Industry: Consultancy Research Organization
