The Early Career Professionals (ECP) programme entails a range of learning activities to support your journey as an ECP. This is designed to supplement your on-the-job training and learning that is essential for your career development.
You will get to participate in regular feedback and development conversations with your line manager to set goals and discuss your individual learning needs. We provide opportunities to connect and collaborate with a network of local, regional, and global technical experts to deepen your knowledge and domain expertise. We provide support for professional accreditation and charterships, and scholarship funds if you choose to further your education post-graduation. The ECP programme aims to teach the technical and soft skills that will develop our graduates into well-rounded engineering consultants.

This is a committee of ECPs who initiate professional development and networking activities to enhance the ECP experience.

The recruitment process begins when you submit your CV. Your CV will be initially reviewed and if you meet the necessary criteria, you may receive a phone call regarding your application. The next stage would be the interview stage and there may be more than one interview. If you successfully pass the interview stage, you will be offered the role. You will then need to complete some documentation so that we can undertake required checks, and once you pass this stage you will agree a start date with your line manager.
