Biography
Sunil brings over 35 years of experience in fuels, chemicals and industrial sectors to his role.
He focuses primarily on emerging fuels and supporting clients to transition to renewable energy. Sunil’s key responsibilities include business development, commercial and overall management of projects to ensure successful delivery. His career has spanned a range of client experience within the region, including national governments, fuel traders, regulatory agencies, and multinational corporates.
As global practice leader, he is responsible for growing a global community to support Mott MacDonald’s clients, developing global energy security and supporting the goals of the energy transition whilst maintaining business viability.
His previous role as commercial director of oil, gas and petrochemicals division saw him responsible for commercial and technical operations. This role progressed his strong ability to embed consistent approaches to minimise the division’s exposure to commercial and operational risk whilst maximising scope, consistency, and effectiveness in winning and completing profitable contracts.
