Meet some of our passionate problem-solvers, constructive creatives and inspiring innovators
I love the sheer variety of the work we do and the fact that we can physically see/use some of the projects that we have worked on.
I am an architect and urban planner. I was fascinated with buildings and then cities - hence I chose this field.
Inspiring, exciting, fun
18 years ago, I was presented with the opportunity to work on the largest project in the city – the redevelopment of Indira Gandhi International Airport, the biggest airport in India. This incredible project convinced me to join Mott MacDonald. Even now, every time I fly from this airport, I get goosebumps, knowing I contributed to its transformation.
I joined as a graduate and I have worked my way sideways, diagonally and up as I navigated the various opportunities available in Mott MacDonald. I have taken up roles in various sectors, managed projects, played the role of a project principal, early careers professional lead, BMS representative, win lead, resource manager, location lead, and now the digital hub manager.
I was part of cohort two of the emerging leaders programme, which helped me build my network as well as part of the current elevate cohort both of which are significant investments in my career journey by Mott MacDonald.
I have been extremely fortunate to have had many opportunities to travel whilst working at Mott MacDonald. Whilst working on the Male-Velana International Airport project in the capital city of the Maldives, I visited once a month for almost a year. Some other memorable trips for me include visiting New Zealand earlier this year and to Canada where I got to see the Niagara Falls.
I am the global delivery services excellence lead in addition to the digital hub manager role.
