Mike O'Halloran

Mike O’Halloran leads our team in New Zealand, helping to deliver some of the most significant infrastructure projects in the region. With a career spanning over 30 years, Mike brings a wealth of experience in civil, transportation engineering and planning, delivering complex infrastructure and advising on major projects for New Zealand’s key government agencies.

Mike’s leadership is characterised by his strategic vision, commitment to excellence, and the ability to inspire those around him. Since joining us in 2017, Mike has been instrumental in the successful delivery of major transport projects. His expertise encompasses transport policy, asset management, planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operations.

Actively involved in the engineering community, Mike has previously chaired the National Association of Consulting Engineering New Zealand (ACE) Auckland Transport Group and served as Treasurer of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) New Zealand Board. His passion for developing the next generation of engineers is demonstrated by his continued contributions to the industry as demonstrated by being an ACE Judge for Best Student Paper for more than five years and presenting at various educational career forums.
