Biography
Matthias leads our teams across France as managing director of Mott MacDonald in France. With over 20 years of experience in carbon-free technologies, Matthias is committed to ensuring our projects deliver lasting positive impacts while fostering sustainable growth for our business in France.
His expertise spans various sectors, including buildings, energy and transportation, making him a pivotal figure in advancing our technical capabilities and project success.
Matthias joined Mott MacDonald in 2011 and has since held various technical advisory and leadership roles in both France and Australia. Notably, he led the development of the Group's renewable energy activities in Australia before assuming leadership of our France operations in 2024. Under Matthias's stewardship, strategic initiatives are being implemented to drive long-term development and operational excellence.
