Nature, people, positive.

Tell us about your specialism and why you chose it.

Nature is fundamental to our daily lives and underpins our society, the communities where we live, and global economies. The infrastructure industry has a transformational role in the recovery and enhancement of nature, and, through my career, I hope to help bring about this change. Let's design, build and maintain the critical infrastructure we need in ways where there is more nature in the world.

Why did you choose to join Mott MacDonald?

I was inspired as there are so many projects and initiatives by brilliant people at Mott MacDonald that truly bring about positive change in the world.

How do you demonstrate Technical Excellence in your work?

Technical excellence is woven through all aspects of our Nature Services and includes collaborating effectively with others, as well as upholding the quality of our work to professional standards.

What are your career highlights and achievements?

Collaborating with the Net Zero Infrastructure Industry Coalition on our report to truly integrate Nature and Net Zero ambitions, being awarded the 2024 Nature & People Positive Champion at the British Construction Industry Awards, and hosting Mott MacDonald's first podcast Nature Positive: the inside story
