Biography
Jen is a senior HR leader and a member of our UK & Europe regional executive team.
She joined Mott MacDonald in 2014 and now leads our People team across the region. Jen has responsibility for aligning our People strategy to our business strategy, alongside delivery across areas including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, equality, diversity and inclusion, reward, wellbeing, and operational HR.
Jen is a Charted Fellow of the CIPD (Charted Institute of Personnel and Development) and has a passion for developing talent, leading and delivering on strategy, organisational development and transformation as well as employee attraction and engagement.
