Biography
Brian is the global hydropower practice leader at Mott MacDonald, where he has made significant contributions since joining in 2014. Initially taking on senior leadership roles, he has evolved to lead the hydropower sector, driving strategic growth across the Asia Pacific Region.
In his current role, Brian is responsible for overseeing hydropower projects globally, emphasising technical excellence and commercial viability. He prioritises coaching project teams and fostering collaboration, ensuring successful delivery of projects that align with client needs.
Brian’s key accomplishments include spearheading bid submissions totalling over GBP150M in net revenue and establishing Mott MacDonald as a pre-eminent consultant in pumped hydro. His deep technical expertise and strong client relationships have positioned the firm as a leader in the energy sector, particularly as demand for renewable energy solutions continues to grow.
