Ashley Taylor

Ashley is an accomplished leader with experience of working across our Global Business. She joined as a graduate in 1988 after studying civil engineering and worked on some of our major transport projects in the UK and Taiwan. Moving to our Birmingham office in 1998 she led multi-disciplinary teams delivering major rail infrastructure development projects, drawing on her management, commercial and contract knowledge to lead PPP and major schools redevelopment projects.

She led our Birmingham office and doubled its revenue before taking her broad experience to leading our 11 entity European Advisory business. In 2020 she stepped into the role of managing our Global Delivery Centres located across Europe and India. With her technical and people skills she has nearly tripled the size and transformed the team into a centre for technical excellence and digital innovation.

Known for her inclusive and collaborative style, she has developed open relationships with clients and staff and driven change and growth in our engineering and advisory spaces. Since 2023 she has also been leading our South East Asia business through a period of change and increasing its potential to be the company of choice for multinational corporates investing in India.
