Biography
In his role as chief governance officer, Alec’s responsibility is to ensure the effectiveness of Mott MacDonald’s business infrastructure to deliver our strategic objectives, with a global focus on people, systems, benefits realisation, and risk. His role also includes oversight of compliance and driving our company’s continuous improvement in line with statutory requirements and good business practice.
Alec has worked at Mott MacDonald for more than 25 years in a number of key leadership roles, supporting our clients through significant water, transportation and military programmes. He led the development of our advisory and programme delivery business and most recently in his previous role as the leader of Group Operations, he was responsible for developing global capability and commercial outcomes.
