Social media: We have added social media services to our website to enable you to share our content with your colleagues, business contacts, family and friends. If you use any social media and social business tools on our websites, including X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, any personal information you provide will be subject to those social media sites, which may have their own cookies and privacy notices. Mott MacDonald digital services: We collect your personal information when you access our digital services, such as Moata, Osprey or STEPS. We may use this information to personalise your experience within these services (with your agreement), provide you with access to information about other services or products and improve your overall experience when accessing these services. Third parties: Third parties collect your personal information (on our behalf) when you visit our website (for example, Siteimprove, through the use of online tracking technologies). We work hard to maintain and improve security measures that prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We limit access to personal information to individuals and organisations who have a legal right of access (for example, regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies), or a legitimate business need to know (for example, platform owners, website managers and service providers).
